- Plan ahead on jobs and read prints (blueprints/schematics).
- Understand project boundaries, materials, and communicate effectively with others.
- Complete tasks assigned by a Supervisor in a responsible and timely manner.

- Ability to read and understand prints.
- Able to complete entire areas with all insulation components (Pins, Insulation, Taping).
- Must own Insulator Helper list tools plus: Drill and Impact driver.
- Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.
Joiner Helper

- Build and install furnishings.

- Must own basic tools (Helper list) plus: Chalk Box, Speed Square, Framing Square, Snips, Hand Benders, and Rivet Gun.
- Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.
1st Class Joiner

- Lay out bulkheads and notice interferences.
- Complete tasks assigned by a Supervisor in a responsible and timely manner.

- Ability to read and understand prints.
- Able to build out entire areas off prints (Walls, Ceilings, Furnishings).
- Must own Joiner Helper list tools plus: Drill, Impact, and Multi Tool.
- Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.
Leadman

- Lead crews in spread out work areas while working on tools.
- Learn inspection procedures and necessary paperwork.

Supervisor
