Job Description

  • Assist in moving material and tools.
  • Perform fire watch and hole watch duties.
  • Maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • Ability to move material up to 50 lbs.
  • Understand and follow all safety protocols.
  • Must own basic tools: Boots, Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses, Tape Measure, Rubber Mallet, and Hammer.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

Insulator Helper

Job Description

  • Understand planning processes and prepare for upcoming tasks.
  • Learn role responsibilities and boundaries.
  • Familiarize yourself with materials and actively take in knowledge.

Requirements

  • Ability to listen, learn, and think critically.
  • Pay attention to detail and gather necessary tools for the job.
  • Must own basic tools (Helper list) plus: Knives, Straight Edge, Square, Snips, Hand Benders, and Rivet Gun.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

1st Class Insulator

Job Description

  • Plan ahead on jobs and read prints (blueprints/schematics).
  • Understand project boundaries, materials, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Complete tasks assigned by a Supervisor in a responsible and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand prints.
  • Able to complete entire areas with all insulation components (Pins, Insulation, Taping).
  • Must own Insulator Helper list tools plus: Drill and Impact driver.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

Joiner Helper

Job Description

  • Understand planning processes and prepare for upcoming tasks.
  • Learn role responsibilities and boundaries, and familiarize yourself with materials.
  • Build and install furnishings.

Requirements

  • Ability to listen, learn, and think critically.
  • Pay attention to detail and gather necessary tools for the job.
  • Must own basic tools (Helper list) plus: Chalk Box, Speed Square, Framing Square, Snips, Hand Benders, and Rivet Gun.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

1st Class Joiner

Job Description

  • Plan ahead on jobs and read prints.
  • Understand boundaries, materials, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Lay out bulkheads and notice interferences.
  • Complete tasks assigned by a Supervisor in a responsible and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand prints.
  • Able to build out entire areas off prints (Walls, Ceilings, Furnishings).
  • Must own Joiner Helper list tools plus: Drill, Impact, and Multi Tool.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

Leadman

Job Description

  • Lead crews in spread out work areas while working on tools.
  • Learn inspection procedures and necessary paperwork.

Requirements

  • Ability to plan and complete tasks, lead a team, and teach others.
  • Understand that all problems have a solution.
  • Requires planning, knowledge, counseling, and mentorship skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.

Supervisor

Job Description

  • Plan two-week look-aheads and ensure material is on the job ahead of schedule.
  • Accountable for all personnel and everything on the job site, including safety and time management.

Requirements

  • Ability to plan and complete entire jobs, problem-solve, and manage budgets and discipline.
  • Responsible for leadership of the entire job, payroll, budget, sign-offs, planning, and discipline.
  • Must own all tools for the job and will also be responsible for company tools.
  • Must be able to pass a background and pre-employment drug screening test.
